Task 1.1 Setup of Steering Committee and Advisory Board (M1-M3)

At the beginning of the project a Steering Committee (SC) and a Grassland Innovation Advisory Board (GIAB) will be installed (M1-3). Both committees will be prepared, organised, chaired and documented by the coordinator. During the project term regular SC consultations will be held via skype or telephone. The SC - once established – will support the overall steering and management of the project especially in safeguarding the project outcomes such as deliverables, milestones etc. The GIAB will actively support in extending the network. The GIAB will consist of eight selected experts who meet three times in the project term after the first year of the project (M10, M22 & M36) as first at that time results for dissemination can be expected.
