Good project management is essential for the success of the Inno4Grass project. The objective of WP 1 is to safeguard the implementation of the Inno4Grass project. It will gather the management activities related to the Inno4Grass project, in particular the follow up of the expenses of each partner, timely delivering of Deliverables and reporting to the EC. WP 1 will take care for all contractual issues such as creating and signing the consortium agreement document and grant agreement document.
